Reign of Brayshaw

“Trust only those who earn it.”

A sentiment I follow without direction but holds more consequence than ever before.

One decision, five lives, three futures.
This is what’s at stake.

One night, one choice, four broken Brayshaws.
That is where we’re headed.

Unless I stop it.
I 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 to stop it.

I have to remind him of what he’s chosen to forget.

My town. My choice. 𝘔𝘺 ending.

This is the third book in the Brayshaw Series, and the conclusion of Maddoc and Raven's story.

5 MY FEELINGS ARE A MESS CROWNS

You know a series is good because your heart hurts that it is over. And yes, I know we are getting Cap and a Royce’s book, but Maddoc and Raven’s story is done and I’m left feeling bereft. I don’t know how to say goodbye to a couple I have loved so much, to a story that consumed me, and to a world that I’m enamored with.

Raven and her boys are everything. I loved seeing the evolution of not just Raven but of Maddoc, Royce, and Captain. Seeing them go from men who follow rules to kings who rule and seeing Raven go from a lost, obstinate girl to a defiant queen was more than I could have hoped for. These four became more than friends, they became family, and the readers, like me, became a piece of their family, too.

Through these three books, I have been enthralled with the romance between Maddoc and Raven. From the push and pull of their courtship, to the possessive nature from both sides, and the intimate moments when they are alone, these two have easily slipped into one of my favorite couples of all times. The way they love, fiercely and passionately, is how we all want to be loved. What makes this series special, though, is that this love isn't just romantic. It is familial as well. The passion and love, although different, extends beyond Raven and Maddoc to their brothers as well as some of the secondary characters who take a more prominent role in this book. I was truly so sad to say goodbye to them, the whole entire crew of secondary and primary characters.

The story, in true Brayshaw fashion, starts out with a bang and it never stops. I felt every emotion, every word, like it was being carved into my heart. As I was reading, I openly begged for things to right themselves, for actions to become undone. And even though it hurt, I loved every moment because Meagan Brandy stayed true to these characters, and what motivates them. While they may have gotten lost for a bit the boys and their queen return in full glory to reign over Brayshaw and my heart!

This ending is everything we have come to love about BRAYSHAW! It is dramatic, emotional, romantic, perfection. I will always and forever be a #braygirl.

P.S. And if you thought my claim on all the Bray boys was strong before, you haven't seen anything yet. I am coming for all of the secondary characters, too. I cannot wait to see what Meagan does with the rest of the series. I am here for it all.

Honestly, I forgot they were in high school while reading it. This is one of those epic sagas that will have you waiting with bated breath for the next scene, the next words, the next chapter. From start to finish Reign takes a hold of you and doesn't let go. I'm not sure you can even imagine what's coming.

I'm still dying and it's been days since I finished it. So for those of you waiting for it's release trust me it's worth the wait. Buckle up Braygirls, you're in for a wild RIDE.

my book three predictions:

- raven 🤰🏻
- captain and victoria 💏

10/3/19 book review:
i was so eager for this release that i spent $4 on amazon kindle, instead of waiting few extra days for it to upload on a free book site. and this girl is bummed out because i gave five stars to the first two books but ended up giving this one three stars, and even that felt a little generous. i know this whole series is very unrealistic, but even so, i devoured the first two books. but in this book, i kept rolling my eyes and putting it down. the things that happened were so ridiculous and unnecessary. and i was so confused most of the time because it was so information dumpy.
i’m happy we got the happy ending we all wanted but the build up was ridiculously annoying

Genre: New Adult Romance
Series: Brayshaw series #3 (must be read in order)

WOAH WOAH! This is one of the most EPIC conclusions to a book that I have EVER READ. I'm not even joking here. Reign of Brayshaw took me on one of the most turbulent journeys I have ever had the pleasure of being on. I loved EVERY SINGLE MINUTE of it. Even though there were times when I wanted to throw my iPad out the window (you'll have these feelings too but don't fret, it's worth it!). Now, I can't say much of anything about the plot because it would spoil the entire book for those who plan to read it but I will say this- if you enjoy a gritty, angsty, BREATHTAKING journey filled with love, hate, and everything in between you need to read THIS BOOK (and series). I can't remember the last time a book made me feel so obsessed but this one did.

I highly recommend readers who have read the first two books to jump on this one as quick as possible. It's an EPIC MUST READ. If you haven't started the series make sure that you start from the beginning as all three books follow Raven, Maddoc, and the boys. The reading order is below.

Book 1: Boys of Brayshaw High
Book 1: Trouble at Brayshaw High

Reign of Brayshaw will be an amazon LIVE release. Expect it on October 3rd!

„With life comes loss. With love, comes sacrifice.”

There are no words in this world that can describe the greatness of Reign of Brayshaw. Seriously. This book completely blew my mind. Meagan Brandy masterfully pulled me into a whirlwind of events that totally took over my life. When you reach for this story you can forget about your responsibilities and everyday life. Raven and the boys will take over your thoughts, heart and soul. And you will give it to them on a silver platter.

The storyline is a series of such unexpected events, that I was constantly shocked. More than that, some of the plot twists literally made me cry. I was so immersed in this story that I could almost feel when my heart stopped, just to speed up its beating a moment later. You think that you know what to expect in this book? WRONG. Brandy has directed this story in such a brilliant way that you can’t predict the course of events or the behavior of the characters. But I can assure you that this book will fill your heart to the brim with every damn emotion. You will cry, you will scream in frustration and you will tremble with rage. But you will also laugh, swoon and feel the love. This masterpiece of a book is a rollercoaster of feelings.

If you thought earlier that Raven is fierce, you haven't seen anything yet. I have a massive girl crush on this chick. She’s brave, selfless and loyal to the bone. There’s nothing in the world that she wouldn’t do for her loved ones. And the same applies to our guys. They’re protective and steadfast. Having them in your corner is the best that can happen to a girl. And don’t get me started on Maddoc. I’m in love with this guy from the first book in this series, but in Reign of Brayshaw he imprinted a permanent mark on my heart.

You need this book in your life! Reign of Brayshaw is poignant, surprising and incredibly emotional. Meagan Brandy is such an amazing storyteller, that you feel like a participant of all events and every emotion involved you feel deep to the bone. Yes, I’m sad that it’s final book in Raven and Maddoc’s unique love story, but on the other hand I’m ready for Cap and Royce to find their own HEA.

Bring it on, Brandy. I’m ready!

REIGN-OF-BRAYSHAW
'REIGN OF BRAYSHAW' is the third, full length romance book in Meagan Brandy's 'Brayshaw' series. It picks up right where the previous book left off. Spoken in 'Dual Perspectives.'

“A wolf may be stronger than a raven, but they need each other. The raven will call on the wolves. Where she flies, the wolves will follow. What she can’t touch, the wolves can. Where she’s too weak, the wolves are strong. One thing to remember about a raven, is they only have one mate in life. Once they choose, that’s it, for the rest of the raven’s life. Then, the two pick a territory where they stay and defend, fighting off all those who are seen as a threat to their home.”

HOLY CRAP!! This book, this series right here is one of my top favourites of 2019!! It ticked all my boxes, from the angst to the tougher than tough heroine, to the boys we all fell in love with. To the twists and turns that sent us all reeling!! This maybe the end of Raven and Maddoc’s story
but there's still more to come which had my angsty little heart jumping for joy!!

Even though I was late to the party jumping on this, once I started it I didn't put it down!! My ipad was literally glued to my hands!! My eyes glued to the words I couldn't believe I was reading, at times my heart literally stopped, if my ipad wasn't so precious that bugga would've had a hammer to it just to erase some of the words I was reading, but like a train wreck coming at me full speed I couldn't get away from it. Gasps and many oh no she didn't and what the actual f#ck could be heard often!!

With each book we NEVER knew WHERE the AUTHOR was going to LEAD us and that's what I LOVED the most about this SERIES!!

#BRAYGIRL4EVER

FIVE CROWNS (I mean STARS) for the most incredible characters and family I've met this year, Raven, Maddoc, Captain, Zoey and Victoria 💖💖💖!!!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

"Boys of Brayshaw High" stole my mind.

"Trouble at Brayshaw High" stole my soul.

"Reign of Brayshaw" stole my heart.

I don't know what to say.

I don't know what to write...

...because sometimes it's hard to bring your thoughts and emotions into words.

I'm speechless...

...because no matter I write, it will never be enough to describe how a freaking awesome this book is.

These books ruined my life, upside and down, but in a good way.

I've read the first two books from this series only two weeks before I've got the ARC of this book and maybe some people think that I'm not capable to fall in love with one series that quickly.

But they ARE wrong.

These books are impossible not to love because once you start to read them, you're over.

They will bring you into their world and you will not want to ever go out from that world.

"Boys of Brayshaw High" and "Trouble at Brayshaw High" are just small pieces of the great storyline.

Only introduction.

If you've read my review for "Trouble at Brayshaw High", then you know that those words I wrote there for "Boys of Brayshaw High".

But I was so wrong.

"Trouble at Brayshaw High" is also only the introduction.

These two books can't prepare you for "Reign of Brayshaw".

And that's okay.

Nobody loves the series where you can predict how will storyline goes on or the way it ends, because, the first, that's really boring (it's no worth of your precious time) and the second, you will forget about the whole series the same time when you close the last page of the last book.

"Reign of Brayshaw" is the one new level in Meagan's writing and also in "Brayshaw High" series.

With every new book this series getting better and better.

I will never have got enough of "Brayshaw High" series.

This book has everything I wanted in it, even though I wasn't aware I wanted it.

I was reading this book for four days because this book was difficult for reading.

The first 60% of the book, I was crying and my heart was broken in thousands of pieces.

The discovered secrets shocked me.

The decisions that the main characters have made, they broke my heart.

It was difficult to not got into their skin and feel their pain like is your own.

But the other 40% of the book, I was really enjoying.

Because after their whole world was destroyed, everything started a little by little getting into their place.

Raven is still my favorite female character and in this book she showed that she is not only badass, she also the human being who can feel every emotion.

I love her so much that I can only say:

"I want to be her when I grow up!".

Because she is everything that one girl, one woman needs to have inside her: confidence, fearlessness, stubbornness and most of all, the love, a non-stop sacrifice and protective side for the people she cares about.

She is young, free and wild.

That's how one woman needs to be and not the picture that man's world made for her.

I love Maddoc and his character is also showed some sides I didn't expect because, but hey, he is before everything, THE Brayshaw boy.

Raven and Maddoc's relationship wasn't easy. It had upsides and downs, but not because they wanted that, it was because the world didn't want to get them to be happy.

Like every true love, they had to cross obstacles and show everyone that their love is the kind of love which can survive everything and that they are the couple for which you know, that they are destined to be together.

I will truly miss this two, but I will remember them and two sentences will stay imprinted in my heart.

"Loving you doesn’t make me weak. It makes me unstoppable."

Captain, Royce, Zoey and Victoria are the characters that you'll fall in love them in this book, although this isn't their story, but enough that you'll want to read their stories the moment you finish with this one.

So, for the conclusion, I can only say that this story wrecked my feelings, made me cry, but it also made me smile and I will be for sure reread these books for many times (and surely when I buy my paperback copies).

So much, Meagan. So much.

YOU MUST TO READ "BRAYSHAW HIGH" SERIES.

PERIOD.

Let's do this 💪

UPDATE:

Are you kidding?!
Like WTF 🤯
I’m trying to wrap my head around what I read because I am amazed by how good this book was.
Having read the first two books I thought I kew what I was getting myself into. CLEARLY I was wrong because I am absolutely blown away by Reign of Brayshaw.

The drama, the danger and THE PLOT TWISTS… Oh lord was this book awesome!

I think my jaw was permanently dropped to the floor because the angst and the drama was out of this world.

Can we take a second and talk about Raven? I knew she was a badass but this book took it to a whole new level. Plus this book showed a vulnerable side of Raven that made this reader want to scream “I got your back girl!”.

This series has so far been an utter joy to read so far. I can’t wait for more and I say BRING IT ON!

Reign of Brayshaw was viciously good.

**** 4.5 Stars!!!*****

WOW!!! What a book!!! I seriously cannot believe the things that happened in this story! It kept me riveted to the pages! I will admit that sometimes I would get confused with all the reveals... but outside of that I don’t have any complaints about the story!

I highly recommend this series to high school angst lovers, you won’t be disappointed! I am eager to continue onto the other two Brayshaw boys! I can expect lots of drama, sexy time, laughter and tears! I also love how loyalty runs high in this group! They have made each other their family and will stick together no matter what.
A super series and I am very glad it’s coming out with more!

I'm a bit conflicted.....

What I loved about Boys of Brayshaw Highwas the author's skillful balance between drama and OTT. It was never too much, but had enough drama to make it interesting. Unfortunately Reign of Brayshaw was way MORE than what I signed up for.

This trilogy is supposed to be YA, BUT it passed the point of YA a long time ago.

If you put a high school gal, doesn't matter how kick ass she is, against grown up males, and she comes out on top, you lose me. The story didn't make much sense anymore. The plot suddenly had this Godfather vibe, and it felt all wrong.

On the other hand, this conclusion was far from boring. It was full of situations that were just so OTT that it actually made it hard for me to put the book down.

The one thing I hated more than anything else,

So all in all it was a bit disappointing, BUT still interesting enough for me to finish it.

There are no words that I could use to describe what I’ve just read or give this book/series the justice it deserves.

I’ll be back to write my proper review, quotes and all when Reign releases because I don’t want to ruin this epicness for anyone.

Some words of advice though...
1) Don’t read this book in public or at work
2)Don’t read it around your kids as I scared the crap out of my daughter when I screamed WHAT THE EVER LOVING FUCK AT THE TOP OF MY LUNGS
3)Grab ice cream, alcohol and probably some sort of sedative to have handy
4)DON’T read any spoilers, go in blind! It’s the only way.

Meagan Brandy not only fucked up my world, she fucked up everyone’s and YOU.ARE.NEXT.

She threw a giant nuclear fucking bomb and then ran away leaving just ashes and my heart in the middle of the Brayshaw world. Exactly where it belongs... with my Brayshaw boys and their queen.

Wow... I have got to say that I did not see all of this coming when I started this series.

The first book was an okay read for me, even though I had to suspend my disbelief. There were almost no adults in sight and 17-year-olds where running the school and seemingly also the town. Still, it had the feel of a regular high school bully book... I found the lack of adult supervision a bit weird but I went with it and I had a good time reading it...

Then came the second book, which blew the previous OTT way out of the park. The heroine seemed to be on some sort of hero complex trip, but I just could not stop reading and the more I read the more intrigued I became... So many players and so many secrets. The tone of the series slowly changed from a regular high school series to something much more suspenseful... I have to say, I enjoyed it much more than the first book.

Now I have just finished the third book and I have to admit... I am impressed and I did not see this coming at all. What started out as a regular high school bully romance has turned into a suspenseful series that could rival many "mafia" themed series. So many secrets were being revealed and there were times I just sat there reading with my mouth open going "no fucking way".

So much more than a "bully" series. And I really enjoyed reading this final book about Rae and Maddoc. So much so that I can't wait for Captain and Victoria's book to release.

I can't give it 5 stars though... I still have a hard time believing that this is how 17 and 18-year-olds would act. Because this is NOT a mafia book, even though it has that kind of feel to it. I just couldn't suspend my disbelief that far. They read as 20-year-olds (at least) and that is also how they stayed in my mind.

Still given how I felt when I read book 1 and how I feel now after finishing all of them... I am highly impressed ;)

4 stars ... maybe a tad bit more ;)

***5 "No sacrifice too big!!!" stars***

"With life comes loss. With love, comes sacrifice.”

"There's always a sacrifice to be made."

Wow! Just... Wow!!! This book literally wrecked me!!! This book broke my heart in thousands tiny pieces and i was suffocating from the desperation that i was feeling!!!
Hopeless!!!
I was feeling lost and hopeless, as they were feeling too!!!!
Phew!!! Maddoc and Raven's story came to an end, but nothing is over yet!!!
But let's take things from the beginning!!!

Brayshaw crew's troubles are never ending, especially when there are so many things at stake!!!
In the beginning, they were three and then came Raven and they became four... A united team... A family... Cause family runs deeper than blood!!!
And now, they are breathing and living for each other, but unfortunately, they are not alone in the world and the rest of the world is against them!!!
In this book, they have to decide who is worthying more...
They will have to make difficult choices, to make sacrifices!!!! They will have to give up their own soul to save their future!!!

"Family are the ones we chose.
Loyalty is given where gotten.
Trust only those who earn it."

"We were born for Brayshaw, but you are Brayshaw. Use that power if you have to, even if in the end, it's against us."

Phew!!! Honestly, i don't know what more to say than that everyone in here had to sacrifice something for the other!!!
My heart was breaking over and over again for everyone, but honestly, i couldn't handle Maddoc's hopelessness!!! I couldn't deal with his breaking heart!!! It was too much!!! And i love this guy very much!!!

"I told you... I warned you. Love? It makes you weak."
"You've got it all wrong, baby. Loving you doesn't make me weak. It makes me unstoppable... Nothing and noone will ever have the power or strength to step between me and you. No one."

"You can't be anyone else's when you're already mine, Raven. And you are. Mine."

Raven, in here,'ve been proved the queen that she was meant to be!!! The Queen of Brayshaw!!!
But who would be her prince by her side??? The one that her heart desires or someone else who has been forced upon her???
Will Maddoc and Raven's love win at the end???

"He promised no one could take me from him, that it was me and him, no matter what.
You lied, Big Man."

"I could never love you more than him... And I'll never stop wanting him."

"Sweet Brayshaw princess... You have a weakness. They are your weakness."
"They don't make me weak, Graven. They make me unstoppable...
And I'm no princess. I'm a fucking queen of your own making, this is my kingdom and you have no place in it. You wanna play medieval times, old man? I'm game."

And what about Royce and Captain???
Oh, my sweet Captain!!! You scared me for a while, but I'm ashamed of myself for not believing in you!!!! And honestly, i can't wait to see how he will be at his book!!! Of course, I'm longing for more of Victoria!!!!

"Welcome home, beauty... Might wanna sleep with one eye open." {Captain to Victoria}

The mess that had been in here, in a way got clean, but there are still more to go inside this world with this crew and i can not wait for more... And more and more....
Royce, i'm anticipating your story too!!! I haven't forget you, man!!!! I'm just waiting while you're binding your time for the grand finale!!!!

"She wants to push. We'll be the driving force behind her.
She wants to lead. Where she goes, we'll follow.
She wants her reign. We'll make sure she gets it.
Always."

**********************************
"This is my key to this world, to you, to our future...
Never again will a door stand in my way when you're on the other side of it."
"The key to the kingdom," I whisper.
"To our kingdom."

The fact that this book took so long to read is a dead giveaway, but I found this book painful to read, so much so I wanted to DNF on so many occasions. However, because I loved the first two books so much I persevered because I needed to know how this clusterfuck ended.

There is drama and there is drama, but this was DRAMA, piles and piles and piles of it. Over the top, utterly confusing and chucked at you page after page you cannot compute and certainly cannot understand. There was hardly any “romance” just a plot that plowed over you like a freight train and you were left frantically flicking back trying to make sense of what you had just read.

This book just didn’t flow, it was stilted and conversations and plot lines just seemed to stop mid flow before picking up again some chapters later. I know the authors intention was to leave you hanging but it just didn’t work.

This was such a shame because this was one of my most anticipated books and for me, it was a let down. I know I’m in the minority but I have to keep it honest.

God darn!! THIS. BOOK.!!

I think I didn't breathe properly through the whole book. My heart was in my throat the whole time and I just couldn't stop reading, I had to find out everything! And there was so much to be found out! It was insane. You get answers or a shocking event with every chapter. There is no time to recover from what you just read because you are either hit with emotions over it, from seeing the characters reacting to what happened or because you are hit with another shocking reveal. This book was truly crazy but crazy GOOD. The plotting in this book is fantastic and everything will make sense and gosh I didn't see ANY OF IT coming. I was shook throughtout the whole damn book. And gosh, I loved it! I was on the edge of my seat, had my heart in my throat, the anxiety was real but it was all worth the ride. It was beyond EPIC. I cannot even really tell you or explain the epicness of this book and everything that takes place in it.

Even the freaking teaser for the next book at the end of this one was jaw dropping, sexy and will have you absolutely dying for Cap's book!

I don't know what more to say without spoiling any little detail. Just know that the boys are as amazing as ever, even when they do stupid things. I swear my love for these boys is unstopable. Raven is BEYOND anything she's been before. She has grown so much and watching her truly become a queen was magnificent. I loved every minute of it and of this book, even with all the anxiety and turmoil and being scared for the majority of it. Bass proved how awesome he is and gosh I loved him so much in this book! Victoria grew on me for sure... gosh you have no idea!

Meagan made me love these characters even more, she made me like characters that I've hated since book 1, she redeemed some of them or started to and she made me hate some even more. What else is there to say? Royce owns a special piece of my heart. He's just so damn cute and funny and I love him to bits. I can't wait for his book and to meet the girl that will make him fall (in love). Although I absolutely love Captain too and he also has a piece of my heart, I love watching him with his baby and they were adorable in this book, I think I'm a little more excited for Royce which sucks cuz he'll be the last book.

Reign of Brayshaw was full of shocking revelations. You won't be able to breath right the whole way through. You won't see any of what's coming. It's a ride that's gonna hurt but one that you will love. It was EPIC!

PLS PLS PLS pick up this book and GET YOUR ANSWERS because gosh there are so many things you'll find out. You'll get all the answers and they are all shocking and insane. You ain't ready for what's coming but by now you ARE ready to learn it all.

”Loving you doesn’t make me weak. It makes me unstoppable.”

Wow… I’m still flashed. This story is the perfect conclusion to Maddoc’s and Raven’s story. It was everything I wished for and more. I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough and read this book in one sitting.
I’m still amazed how Meagan Brandy was able to spin this story in such a thrilling way that I couldn’t put this down for one minute.

Raven: She came, she saw, she conquered.
Not only the boys and their kingdom, but also me and my heart.

”Kings have been named, kingdoms set. But it all comes down to the power of the queen, doesn’t it?”

What I love about this book is, that this is mostly Raven’s story. She had so much to tell, so much to discover, so much to endure and so much to resolve. This, her story, shows off what a truly strong character she is. And that she’ll put the ones she loves fiercely always first. Raven is my fictional girl-crush for sure. Don’t mess with her if you want to come out alive.

Against our all better believe, Maddoc shows in this story that he is human too and vulnerable. He finds his breaking point and didn’t hide the fact that he broke. I loved to see his sensitive side. Showing his love for his brothers, for Raven, for his niece. He totally wore his heart at his sleeve.

Royce and Captain round up this unusual quartet and its story. Being their perfect selves strengthening their unit. Can’t wait to read their stories!

”I don’t want him tame. I like him wild. I need him defiant. I love him limitless.”

Like the first two books, this one here is fast paced, full of riddles and half-truths, that arise more questions first than they give answers. However, no question will be left unanswered, at least those Maddoc and Raven concerned. The thrill and angst is almost unbearable and you can’t help but wonder how it comes out all good in the end.

”She wants to lead. Where she goes, we’ll follow. She wants her reign. We’ll make sure she gets it. Always.”

Reign of Brayshaw strikes you like a flash, empowers you like no other, giving you everything you never knew you needed in a romance.

By 4% in I had a pit in my stomach. By 15% I was bouncing my leg and biting my nails. By 24% I was screaming profanities and burying my head in my lap. 50% in and I had already shed tears and forced myself to take deep breaths.

I said it once and I’ll say it again. I. Wasn’t. Ready. Reign cuts you up and throws you into the deep end of a pool full of hungry sharks. Meagan BLEW this out of the water. ...Guys this is so twisted and fucked and painfully raw it was actually beautiful.

Every emotion I felt was so powerful I had to give myself a minute before continuing. By 75% my chest hurt, my heart was battered and bruised. The angst, the confusion, the unanswered questions, it was pure chaos. I couldn’t break myself from the story, I just read and read and read and by the end I just wanted to take a nap. I wanted to stare at the ceiling and think about everything I just went through with these characters.

Reign was painful and horribly raw, thrilling and dripping with angst, sexy and deliciously empowering. My heart raced along with the ticking clock, my chest hurt when the pressure became too much, my soul ached more than I anticipated. I cried more tears than I thought I would. I threw my kindle into a laundry basket (it was the closest thing to me) and raged to anyone who would listen. I was frustrated and infuriated and scared and worried before it all came together and sweet relief set in. And then it all got magical. Reign. Was. Beautiful.

This is a book I will be reading again this week so I can experience it with everyone else. I need to digest it all again now that I’m not so strung out with anxiety lol.

Raven and Maddoc’s point of view will forever be burned into my soul but I know we have so much to look forward to as the Brayshaws continue their Reign.

It. Was. Amazing.

I was in no way prepared for the emotional journey REIGN OF BRAYSHAW took me on. And boy, was it definitely worth the wait. Meagan Brandy has done it again. I don’t think I have all of the right words to convey the epicness that is this book. The conclusion to Raven and Maddoc’s love story is one that I never saw coming, but also can’t imagine happening any other way. This book was completely unexpected, but exactly what I needed to get to the end. Unlikely allies are found, secrets from the past are uncovered, unexpected events occurred that literally had me holding my breath, bonds of friendship are strengthened, and the trust and loyalty of the Brayshaw Boys are tested to the limits.

The storyline is a series of such unexpected events, that I was constantly on the edge of my seat. Meagan has directed this story in such a brilliant way that it is literally impossible to predict the course of events or the behavior of the characters. This masterpiece of a book is a rollercoaster of feelings and emotions. Meagan Brandy has created a group of characters that are so well written and so brilliantly crafted that you can't help but fall in love with them. Each character has their own unique flair and defining personality traits. And as a collective, the group bonds between each of them is simply breathtaking.

Reign of Brayshaw is poignant, surprising and incredibly emotional. Meagan Brandy is such an amazingly talented storyteller. Not only is this book absolutely amazing, but it is also phenomenally well written. The relationships, not just between Maddoc and Raven, but between all of the characters is so amazing, and the passionate way that Meagan writes about them is stunning. This is a series that will stick with me for a long time, and one that I will incessantly re-read because I have taken these characters to my heart. Hands down, one of the best series I have ever read.

OMG!!!! I just finished! That was an incredible book. I was such a mess.... I was like freaking out and pissed off and completely beside myself for most of the book, but it ended beautifully. I am so ready for Victoria and Captain's story!

Raven is a FORCE! She is so freaking strong and amazing. Maddoc is so strong too. I swear i died a little when his heart was breaking. Of course Royce was the glue trying to keep everything together. He had to stay strong for everyone even though he was dying inside too. Victoria defintely stepped up in this book and strangley enough so did Chloe. But Victoria and Raven's amazing discovery was really great..... that's right folks, all your questions will be answered and so much more in this book.

This book totally kicked ass, so start reading it TODAY!!!!!!!!!

Holy fucking shit....

The first thing is first...

WHAT THE FUCK MEAGAN? What the hell? What have you done to my stupid, stupid, stupid heart? These emotions are cutting me like a knife... Seriously, WHAT THE HELL? The author was ruthless......

I'm not sure where to begin, or if I can piece together enough words to do this book justice. Going into this series months ago, I wasn't sure what to expect. I knew it was going to be an awesome read. Meagan is an incredible author,... but this? This blew my fucking mind... Between the characters, the emotionally crushing events, the dialog between characters and the overall storyline behind this entire series, I am left speechless...

Book two left me feeling like I'd been throat punched,... Well in no way was I prepared for book three, it felt me feeling throat punched and gut punches x 10... I went into this book, expecting one thing, going on what happened in the last two books, but I got something entirely different, and in no way is that a bad thing.

Do you think you are ready for this? Let me tell you now. YOU ARE NOT.

I wasn't ready. I wasn't ready for the emotional rollercoaster, I wasn't ready for the heartbreak... I wasn't ready for any of it... and even after reading it, I still can't shake this feeling off. I want to hug the author and curse her out all at the same time.

I FUCKING WASN'T READY FOR IT... WHAT THE FUCK... The author comes along, twirls this epic series together and then just when my angst meter is about to pop, and my nerves, my emotions, and my head are about to spin out of control, she drops a fucking bomb and leaves me gasping loudly and almost snapping my kindle into pieces.

I don't even know how to express what just went down. I thought I had this author figured out. Well fuck me, I did NOT. I want to scream and cry and laugh and bow down to her. FUCK

I've been obsessed and fixated with Maddoc and Raven's relationship from the beginning. It's not your normal kind... Oh no, everything about these two is intense, all-consuming, breathtaking yet tragic all in one. It threw me through a tunnel of emotions I didn't even realize I had, and as I sit here a day later, I still can't get these two out of my head.

Raven and all her guys were something special. They all connected and bounced off each other, yet they each had a connection to one another. It was insane and intense to read,

but... Maddoc and Raven? They were truly everything.

Raven had so much going on. She was going through so much... and she was strong, stronger than I originally thought she was.

Maddoc? I saw another side to that boy, and it was breathtaking yet heartbreaking all in one.. O. I loved seeing his more in touch side, his more sensitive side. The way he cared for his family and for Raven...

It was overwhelming but it was epic. These two are going down in history when for me... A connection I won't quickly forget... So much went on in book three, more than I can even begin to explain, but yet it all came together perfectly and gave us an epic conclusion to Maddoc and Raven's story. It's bittersweet and I don't deny that I cried,... More than once throughout this book.

I cannot express crazy amazing this was. But what I can say is... Expect the unexpected and even then, you are going to be left speechless and your mind reeling. Mine still is!

Take a bow, Ms. Brandy, you have earned all the praises in the world with this book/conclusion.
You've blown my mind into a million and one pieces and now I have to try and gathered it all back together again.

5 fucking incredible stars!

ohhhh guys i can't stop thinking about this book -- but it's more because of an underwhelming feeling i'm having -- and it's making me mad because the rest of my body isn't cooperating with my mind. i feel awful having to do this but i am dropping my rating to 3 stars. i liked it but i just didn't like it better than the other two.

TROUBLE was my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE and has been one of the best books i've read all year. BOYS was so so good and i couldn't stop thinking about it. REIGN on the other hand just makes me so ughhh inside and this is coming from a huuuuuuuuuuuuge captain fan! i loved loved loved how much page time he had in this installment. i just felt underwhelmed the whole time because i just "knew" no lines would ever be crossed but i secretly hoped they would (because i'm savage af) and so it all just felt meh to me. when i view the entire series as a whole, the plot in REIGN didn't do it for me.

sorry :(

i am still veeeeeeery verrrrrrrry excited for cap and royce's books!!!

and i still hold this series higher than most because overall, it rocked my world!!!
